"Who's Who Under 40" is a new celebration to honor a selection of Jefferson County's up and coming local notables, specifically those under 40 years old. This is an evening to learn who is outside our social bubble and to get inspired about the work in our community. The evening will be moderated by The Production Alliance and will feature a selection of presentations from individuals in our midst. Ticket includes delicious buffet provided by The Castle kitchen featuring: Pan fried pork and veggie potstickers with garlic ginger spicy dipping saucePork Laab (spicy) served with rice or naanVegan Jackfruit Tacos with chipotle cashew sauce, red onions, and lettuce served with flour tortillasGrilled Tofu skewers in a peanut sauceFried brussel sprouts served with a Thai Basil aioliOne drink token is also included in ticket price; good for beer, wine or ciderMixed drinks available for purchase in the Elephant room
